The time spent on this book was quite disappointing for several reasons. The writing quality is low, details are often overlooked, and there's a bunch of code thrown onto pages without proper formatting. Unfortunately, the content doesn't offer much value for daily career use—it mainly covers basic concepts in three or four different technologies. Another downside is the author's use of YAML instead of Groovy, which is a significant point of contention. Real-life scenarios are missing, making the book less practical. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
