This was a very good explanation of what the DASH Diet is (mostly plant-based diet with lean proteins) and contains many easy to prepare, delicious and healthy recipes.

The author provides recipes for breakfast, snacks & appetizers, lunch/dinner, side dishes and desserts. The recipes include serving size, calories, fat, carbohydrate, protein and sodium information.
