Not least, this crucial book shows how to use survey results as a springboard to improved management/employee communication, working conditions, and productivity. CD-ROM included.

The book was practical and helpful. I love how the author explained a concept in a short paragraph of 3-5 sentences and then followed it wit a real case study. The structure of the book was clear and easy to follow.
