The recipes were okay... a lot of sauces and descriptions that took a second to figure out, like, consolidated cream and Apple juice vinegar and chilled all around, and dark sugar. Mix well became five words in a roundabout description. There are too many to mention. The history was okay... the formatting, editing and proofing ...not great. Sorry. Just took too much work to enjoy content.
