How far would you go to save the wild?

And what sacrifices would you make to do it?

After Jamie helped Artemis escape back to the wild, she couldn’t help but feel nervous. Had the wolf-girl made it home okay? And would the people of Materia leave her alone for good?

When a threat to kidnap Artemis is made once more, Jamie realises just how little her efforts helped her friend. What can a mere ten-year-old do in the face of trouble?

Get her dad, the world-explorer and naturalist, to help, of course.

Follow Jamie’s journey in this follow-up story to Home to the Wild, a young adult adventure story.

Another short story from me! This is the first story to be from a fully human perspective. Artemis may be human, but she's more wolf than person. Jamie on the other hand is totally human, and is still thinking about the best friend that she's missing.

I can't wait for you all to get to know Jamie more. She's definitely a favourite character of mine.
