A great book to share with babies and toddlers! Not only is it about an engaging topic for many children, but it also utilizes many aspects that support early literacy: rhyming, big pictures of babies’ faces, color matching the text between what the action or vehicle is and the thing the child says. This book is both fun an excellent resource for helping children start to speak or build up their vocabulary and background knowledge.

It doesn't get much better than this book. The language is clear, easy to read, and fun to say aloud. The illustrations are of real, adorable toddlers. And, included in the back are two pages about how this book works.

My little guy loved this book! He was mesmerized by the pictures and coupled with the sounds I was making as I was reading it to him. So happy to add this to our reading collection!

This book was not what I was expecting. Each page is a composition of photos and illustrations with related words on each page the same color. I do like the photos of kids on each page. But beyond that I'm not quite sure what to make of the book. I don't see how this books facilitates kids learning to talk, even though I read the "How this book works" at the end. And the whole "...my mouth says..." is also strange to me. I looked through the digital copy with my 20 month old and they were not interested at all.

I'm sad about this book. I thought my daughter would like it but she didn't. Mostly because this book was really werid and I found it extremely rude. I wasn't a fan of how it was written because it kinda came off like the child is stupid but all I thought was this book might be helpful and sadly it wasn't. I can't really recommend this book. I couldn't get pass the first 2 pages with my daughter. She kept stopping me and saying no to each page. :(

So glad to have this follow-up in the series for the young kids I work with as a speech-language pathologist! The kids' faces and expressions are interesting, and they are making good connections with the vehicles, actions, and related sounds on all the pages.
