No table of contents unless...
You return to the beginning of the book and page through to the page of the TOC then you can click on the chapter you want. I cheated and bookmarked each chapter to make it easier to find each chapter. Book could have better editing but the occasional sentence that ends and no space before the next sentence is not that bad.
