Wut?

I have almost no idea what this "book" was trying to get at. I approached this extended article with the idea that I may learn a bit about HTML, CSS, and Javascrilt. This writing, however, came off as someone's class notes instead of actual useful information for the masses. I hope this is a formatting issue while reading this on my phone. This can hardly be called a book.
