This book isn’t necessarily the type you’d look for a review for, but I wanted to write one anyways. I’ve had it for a few hours now and I do feel like it helps with both minor and major worries. Even if you don’t believe in this type of stuff the wisdom this book offers is still good. Since this really isn’t a book fit for reviews, I wanna leave some tips!

1. Make sure you’re comfortable, a quiet room works best but if you need white noise (like I do) it’s fine, as long as it doesn’t affect your focus.
2. Gently hold the book at first
3. Think about your question, figure out the wording, make sure it’s what you really want to know
4. Focus on your breathing, take slow breaths, feel your environment around you but tune it out, whatever helps you focus
5. Think about the question, not the words, how it feels, I don’t know how to explain it other than taking the question from your soul for the book
6. Press your palms onto the book and say (or think) your question clearly. I prefer to keep my eyes close while do so
7. (If you choose) keep your eyes close and open the book to a random page. Put your finger on one of the two pages (left or right) and read your wisdom.
8. Write your question on a sticky note then a short to do list of small things you can do to follow the advice given. Put in on the page

That’s all! Have a great day or night
