In my opinion this book is worthless.

Whole book is a collection of practice problem. Each problem looks like this:

* Chapter header with name of problem i.e.: Practice 118: A program to create Pascal Triangle using function
* Full listening of code.
* Screenshot of sample output.

There are no descriptions of problems (i.e. what a Pascal Triangle is). So you must guess what is expected of you by looking at the sample output (where it's impossible to avoid glancing at solution code).

Furthermore, material covered is very limited.

* Pointers are used in a handful of examples only (excluding scanf).
* Dynamic memory allocation is not covered at all.
