This story is getting better with each book. Within the Darkness is the forth book in this series and is absolutely amazing. Kira hit it out if the park with the plot twist and drama. Can't wait for book five.

Editing Project

First Zombie Romance Edit...a little difficult starting at book 4, but it's an intriguing story line.

This review is being written much later than planned but here it is. I finally got to sit down and finally get into this story and get reacquainted with some of my favorite characters. It was great to see Phoenix, Cullen, and Ike plus some new characters. I am going to be honest that it took me a minute to remember where the last book left off but as I was reading the first chapter it all came back to me.
One of the reasons I really liked this series is because I could 100% see this series becoming a movie or a show. The characters have a really well thought out backstory that is unraveled so well throughout all the books. And Kira Adams writing is still just as good as ever.
I got some of the answers I was waiting for in this book but with that I got a ton more questions! I am desperately waiting for the next book!

I’ve been a fan of the Darkness Falls series since it started. I’ve always loved these books and these characters. This book is no exception! Poor Phoenix and Cullen keep getting separated and t feels like and I’m hoping they find their way back to each other again. Kind of wanted to throat punch a few of the characters…you know who you are, and it’s not the main ones either lol. Loved the changes that were made as I was a beta reader for this book. The author could have used a few more conjunctions to make the wording flow better but all in all I give it 4.5 stars and would definitely recommend this series. If it wrong to hope a certain character gets taken out by an infected? Asking for a friend lol.

I have been reading Kira Adams' books for several years now. This series is the best yet. In book 4, the writing is much more mature and therefore draws the reader into the story. It is very hard to put this book down. If you like post-apocalyptic stories, this series is a must read.

Kira does it again

I was never a fan of this genre, but I love this series and this series is my favorite series by Kira. Honestly though, I love everything she writes. This is book 4 of this series and I am so glad it is finally here! This book is definitely my new favorite of the series. The story is great, the writing is great and I wish we had book 5 now!

This series keeps getting better and better! The action and drama continues for our rebel bunch during this worldwide pandemic. Each is trying to fight for each other as well as finding their own path. Looking forward to reading the end of this saga!
