I have several friends who are real estate agents and I've always been curious about the subject. I decided to read this book to better my knowledge. I had no idea there were penalties for paying off a mortgage early! Wow! Lots of good information. The beginning of the book starts out with basic studying tactics and ways to help de-stress. Then it gets into the meat of the subject. The end of the book has a bunch of practice questions. Lots of content.
