Wyld Fae #2

A Beast of Bones and Curses

Rate this book
Shattered vows, whispers of retribution, and a love forged in Heaven and Hell…

My life was perfect, living in the Yorkshire countryside with my husband and childhood sweetheart, Jackson James Wellington. But then, my world was flipped on its head, and I found myself in another, fantastical realm, worlds away from the quiet, idyllic English countryside.

Now, I’ve fallen in love with the fairy king, and he has made me his queen. With two lovers in two worlds, things are…complicated, especially with the child inside me growing each day.

The powerful magic coursing through my veins frightens me. My role as a human queen in the land of the fae shakes my confidence. And when a dark prophecy leaves me to question my future and that of my child, I’m forced to make a harrowing decision.

The future in both my lives is unsure. But one thing is certain.

Oaths will be forged. Vows will be shattered. Hearts will be broken. And darkness will ensue.

I pray, by some miracle, I’ll find the strength to survive the beast of bones and curses.

A bit more intriguing and fast paced then the last book. I knew that the child Allison was carrying wasn't Jackson's. I didn't think the Goblin King would have been able to see the baby and try to claim it in the first book had it not been Finns child. It was interesting how the author had it all come together. I also figured that the goblin king wasn't dead. It was just too easy for a first book. Definitely going to finish the series just to see where it leads

I was so looking forward to this book and I was NOT disappointed!

I got to know the characters from Book 1 so much more. The steam heat was also turned up several notches (like unbelievably hot!) and the twists? Wow!

So, so good!

I want Book 3 now!

So, so good!

In Book 2, Aiden gives us even more of all the characters we love from Book 2. And when I say more, I mean you not only get to know the characters so much more but you also get more steam, more twists, more everything!

Bring on Book 3, and hurry, please.

This was just as good as the first book! My goodness, what a story. I didn't realize the final book hasn't been released yet so now I'm stuck waiting....oh, it will be agony for sure. Please, oh please, don't take too long.
