Well done guide to dash diet

This book opens with a really well compiled list of foods that are good to eat on the dash diet and which foods to avoid. I think that is a very handy reference list to keep on hand. I also liked that this book has a question and answer portion in the opening section.I know I had some of the questions that the author poses, so I am sure other readers did as well. Now we can all get our answers. I liked the variety of recipes presented here as well; they seem yummy. I think the salmon chowder is something I will work into my Lenten meal rotation.
