I read this book as part of my new position in my current employment and it had some really good theories and tools to use in almost everyday life, not just working conditions. I'm new so I don't have a full understanding of everything but the basis are transferrable.
I like to pull in pop-culture to help me better understand and relate and I was able to make a connection to Doctor Who with the interest-base negotiation and wise agreements.
Incredible book filled with knowledge applicable to all jobs. I learned so much from Chris about problem solving, remaining curious, and always striving to add value and create positive, sustainable change in my environments and organizations. Highly recommend this book!
