Good advice that could have been delivered more concisely
The advice was sound and I liked the idea of comparing it to a video game. However, I found some of the conversations a little longwinded and the misspelling of the name Sheldon bugged me (though that had nothing to do with the four star). Otherwise, I think for somebody new to the workplace this could be helpful.

A light read , for a non grammar nazi.
Liked: using the video game parallel to drive the concept of small progressive steps to reach bigger goals
Dislike: grammar mistakes peppered across a proofread book.
