This book does not waste time explaining what keto is and what its benefits are. The author assumes you are already at least familiar with keto and have chosen to.follow that lifestyle. Then there are a ton of recipes spread over the 2 books. I liked that nutrition info was with each recipe, and all were true keto recipes in that they were very low carb. I also liked that the recipes were broken down into meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc). I will recommend this book to others on keto.
This book is so helpful in not only providing recipes for a keto diet but for also helping those of us over 50 in understanding our nutritional needs. I also liked the 21 day meal plan at the end of the book. The recipes were yummy, so glad i can still have cinammon muffins.
