Some questionable recipes

This recipe book is supposed to be for a 3 qt instant pot, but it has at least 2 recipes that call for a premade Graham cracker pie crest in an aluminium pan. The instant pot is about 6" in diameter, but the premade Graham cracker crusts are usually 8-9" in diameter. Exactly how is this supposed to work?
By the way, one of these Graham cracker crusts was for a pumpkin pie. Baked fruit pies normally are in pastry crusts.
