First, this book has recipes for 2, 4, 6, and 8 servings.
Makes it hard to really plan meals for 4. There are dozens of recipes for the same dish, swap yogurt for mayonnaise and all sorts of odd recipes. It felt copy and paste.
If you are on the carnivore diet, make sure you eat enough food. They say 2 pounds per day. This book will break 1 pound into 4 servings leaving you missing the caloric mark horrifically.
