Instant Pot Cookbook For Two: 300 Verified, Effortless and tasty IP Recipes For Beginners. by Michelle Sanders
Like the idea of only making enough for two but we really enjoy leftovers so i'd double the recipes.
Table of contents list recipes in food groups. Like this so you can decide what meal you want to make.
Intro about the instant pot and the recipes.
Each recipe starts with a title, servings, prep and cook times.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Some recipes have a LOT of ingredients, be sure you have them all.
Directions are given and there are NO pictures, NO nutritional information.
Hard to believe that to make mashed potatoes for two they want you to use 2 pounds of potatoes?
What am I missing here? There are many recipes for potatoes with the same mistakes.
Thought this was a cookbook for only two people but some recipes are for 4 and some for 6 people.
