Well written, but not a how-to

Clear and well written, but lacking actionable information. After reading this you will not be able to set up a home or small office network. It grazes of the abstract theory of interconnected systems and as an over arching primer on the fundamental components, it does a good job. I think my issues with the book is not with the author, because ill say again it is well written, but with the lack "how to" or deep dive into any area that would leave the reader empowered to turn on their computer and make even the most basic changes or improvements to their own engagement with end user technology.

Incredible

You are learning about something which seems high tech. It's interesting and you are learning how you can fix a later issue.

Good to know.

This book has some good information. What applied to me most was What to Consider When Setting up a Wireless Connection and the Drawbacks of a wireless network.

Ok, no graphics. Not sure why the Kindle version had no graphics. It was a good overview.
