This book was not for me but it will truly help beginners understand all about cooking with low sodium and alot about sodium. I did like the nutritional information for each meal made in order to keep track of sodium intake. There were a few pictures. At the beginning of each chapter there is a picture (soup, salad) but not for each recipe in the book though there were quite a few recipes.
Callisto Media/Rockridge Press was kind enough to send my sister a copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review. I wanted to read and review it as well - I read as fast as she does, no surprise. #twister
This is a great book for me as I am supposed to be on a low sodium diet. The recipes are simple and understandable and this looks like a great book to make meals with.
