This book has some useful Lifecoaching pointers. However, it is a book about a book. So, what you get is a summary of a book. So, this leads me to question why the summary does not appear in the book itself. As a summary, this book is too long-winded, when it should be a quick overview, preferably with diagrams, (for example, Maslow's hierarchy of needs usually appears in good textbooks as a pyramid.) I also think that the text would be easier to absorb if it were written using bullet points. The overall interior of the book is not set out very well, and does not have visual appeal. Something that is visual helps the reader digest new information at a quick glance.
