Callisto Media/Rockridge Press was kind enough to send my sister a copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review. I wanted to read and review it as well - I read as fast as she does, no surprise. #twister

We love fish so this was a perfect book to read. The recipes are well written and yummy sounding - and the photos make them doubly appealing. I cannot wait for my sister to make the Seattle Salmon Supper - it is so easy to eat at her place vs. mine as her food is, frankly, edible.

A great book for anyone who is getting into the pescatarian lifestyle or to continue on it.
