Whenever I come across books that are geared towards children and they are usually species specific I cringe as most of them usually are either put together sloppily or include wrong information. This little book has bypassed those two problems in my opinion and would definitely be one that I would encourage older children to enjoy if they want to learn about wolves.

The writing isn't hard to understand or read while going into detail in a bit to explain to children the concept that the page is covering. Now that I am looking at Amazon I actually see that this book is part of a series and I would love to get my hands on it to be able to read the entirety.

Otherwise the pictures are gorgeous photographs and they capture the spirit of the wolf family. If there is nothing else to be had the lover of wolves will truly enjoy just looking at this beautiful family as they interact with each other.
