Not very useful
I like the pomodoro technique mentioned in this book. This technique is very practical and apply in every context which is a short part of this book.
Step by step guide of checkvist software is very redundant because in this era everybody can operate softwares very easily however checkvist is very easy so there was no need to explain it completely.
Though author tried well to write a book.
