Finishing the year completing a good read is always a pleasure.
It is a read about the importance of sleeping and the benefits in resting in a proper way.
Interesting analysis about what we have to take into account when we speak about sleeping and consequently how to improve our life and be more productive.

Really good summary. I like these cliff not version books. Especially when research is involved. Between this and his Ted Talk, I was able to get all the critical info in a single day. Really good points and guidance around sleep. Highly recommend if you want to improve your sleep quality.

We need sleep!

This book is packed full of great information to help us be at our greatest! I know I will be sleeping for 8 hours from now on.

Firstly I suffer from insomnia and this book has really helped me . It’s a short read and a very useful book . It lists out the causes , reasons and self-treatments for various sleeping disorders.
