Short bullet style explanations. No updates.

Short examples with equally short explanations. You can’t build a real app with this.
Worse, in today’s easy self publishing world, instead of updating this book, the author published a separate 2nd edition of this book. Thus, if you really want to get this book, rather get the second edition of the book.
