Book presents seven topics: Instagram mobile app, Facebook login REST project, Cross Platform Services, building Multi-Database System, Firemonkey apps, App Tethering and finally Microservices with RAD server. It is excellent entry into these topics and I find it very useful. Hovewer it doesn't go into details like books from Cary Jensen or Primož Gabrijelčič. Read it if you want to add quickly new tools in your toolbox.
