The book provides a nice overview of Visual C# aimed at beginners. The part that I disliked the most about the book is that it is very Windows Forms oriented. I was more interested in the Visual C# language and particularly its usage in database and web applications. However, it was very well written and would be great for a beginner who is learning how to make Windows Desktop Applications in C#.
