Talks about ways to work in a corporate environment and be effective in getting the job done. Very simple yet effective learnings to keep in mind in order to be good at what one does. Can be read again and again if one feels lost in their job at times.

One of my first business books that I have had a chance to read.
It's a good collection of working principles towards better execution which is in alignmebt with the long term objective of the organisation. Few of them are put in well and a few of them are just OK. The guide does not talk about the opeartions part of execution rather it talks about the stragegy part of it i.e. high level cause and effects of execution which will make organisations winner.
I will give a 3.5/5.

A brief book told by various management leaders through short stories. But they don't go in details.
