Here's the down and dirty: grew up in the Bronx, went to college in Boston, graduate school in California, back to Cambridge to write a first failed novel and learn how the world works by writing ad copy, west to Los Angeles in 1976 for a career writing and producing TV, until the writer's strike of 1988 when I wrote my first novel on spec, North of Montana. Two wonderful grown children and the best husband in the world, now of 34 years. Stable enough on the outside but take away swimming, writing, hiking, yakking with girlfriends, pet pooches, chocolate chip cookies (the gooey kind), British TV series and grapefruit Martinis -- well, don't.
There isn’t really much text in this book but the typos are distracting. I have owned my kindle for a long time and have read very many books. However, I cannot remember the titles I have read or borrowed. I would like an easy way of interrogating my kindle to see if I am about to start on a book that I’ve already read at some stage in the past.
Don't waste your money or time! First, the author doesn't even know his gender(April Smith is a guy!), second, the author doesn't have very much of a command of the English language, the writing AND editing is horrible. I have looked for a lot of instructional books about using both Amazon and Kindle devices and so far all I find is crap. Guess I will have to go to Books a Million and get a Kindle for Dummies. Pitiful!!!!!!!!!!!
