Rate this book
Our bodies, and those of people around us, reveal our thoughts and feelings - if we know the language. From interviews to dates, the boardroom to the stage, being aware of the non-verbal signals you, and others, send can have a huge impact on your relationships and success in life - for better or worse. This fun and friendly guide will show you how to 'read' the body language of others, and how to project the right signals, so you can manage the impression you give to others. Full of real-world and pop-cultural examples, practical tips and strategies, and underpinned by principles from psychological and social studies, you'll learn how to use and interpret non-verbal messages to put your best face, and body, forward.

This was a very informative book that reinforced a lot of data I researched on communication, leadership, and soft skills. It provides a practical foundation for understanding other people nonverbal cues, postures, or gestures. I believe it is a great read for anyone seeking a rudimentary knowledge of nonverbal behavior. Yet, I do believe some information shared in this book is subjective and questionable research.

Would be easier understood with figures to mirror the words describing the body language. Great snippets of information though
