Best book I’ve ever had for a fitness program! Detailed instructions for every movement, every workout and the whole four week training plan. Awesome tips for motivation and even a training dairy is included. I don’t go along with everything in the chapter about nutrition but for a beginner it’s worth a try. It’s a harsh program but it will work for everybody and keep what it promises!
