At one point in my professional life, I actually considered taking MBA courses and then suddenly I was too old. So, then I considered an eMBA and found they were prohibitively expensive. In any case, during these reflections, I read a number of books to try to round out my technical skills with some basics about finance and marketing. This book on Finance and Accounting was an excellent and surprisingly readable introduction for the non-financial profile like myself. I appreciated the down-to-earth approach and the many practical examples.
