This book had good ideas to get you started with accelerated learning techniques, but like the book says if you don't have the desire/motivation to do the work then no amount of techniques will be able to help you. So if you are ready to do the work this is a good place to get your started.

The narrator could have been better on the audiobook so it requires a little more concentration to stay focused on the narration.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

I had a really hard time with this audiobook. I was grateful that the book was short. I don't think I would ever use this knowledge. Jim Johnston is the narrator and I liked his voice but I did not think it was the right fit for this book. I was gifted this book with the understanding that I would leave an honest review.
