A guide to pattern drafting, not for the beginner

Shows pictures of the pattern pieces and style look, then gives information about .measurement in relation to the specific pattern, then a guide to what to stitch first and next. This book assumes the reader has prior knowledge on drafting so not for the beginner
Patterns are mostly for Indian/Asian style garments with a few English styles
Would be better if it started with an explanation for taking measurement and transferring them into the patterns, as well as how to differentiate the back from the front pattern.

I don't get it

I've sewn and made my own patterns all my life. I honestly don't get what this author is accompanying with these instructions. Sorry
