The cover is steamy!
Part 1
This is the first part in a new serial series! This is my first time reading Violet’s work though I’m not sure why because I them! This is for adults only due to the steamy and adult content! As is the nature for a serial, this is only part of the book, so if this bothers you, you may want to collect the parts and read them when it is complete.
I loved this part! I was pulled into the story from the first page with Maggie’s story! The brothers are very different and interesting. There are a lot of plot twists going on right now that will be interesting to see where it goes! I don’t want to give anything away! It is a compelling story that will have you laughing and crying with Maggie! I really didn’t want it to end because now I have to wait for more!!!
Part 2
This is the second part in a new serial series! It is for adults only due to content. Since this is a serial, it is mandatory to read the parts in order. Serials are different because they are not a whole book, they are like an episode in a TV show. Some people love them, and others are better off waiting until the whole series is published and reading it like one book because they don’t like the cliffhanger feel of each part. This part was not as exciting or connected for me, but it was still an awesome read. I think whenever you have a serial that some parts are more exciting than others. Maggie is torn between the brothers, and Sebastian is very intense. She is getting into her role as Kitty. She is trying to make new friends. Things happen, but I refuse to ruin the story for you, so you need to read it. I think the next episode is going to be interesting, and it needs to get here quick!

Lots of action in this episode, and I loved this part. It was over way too quickly, and I want to know what happens! The brothers still confuse me with the hot/cold routine. Maggie is awesome, and I like Lyndsey. Lyndsey is adapting better than they thought to being a vampire. Maggie has some realizations about Lyndsey. There is danger and lots of questions. I need to know what happens!

I really like all of the main characters: Maggie, Sebastian, Alexander, and Lyndsey. I’m torn with this book because I’m not sure where it is going, and my heart is hurting in sympathy for Maggie as she is in limbo. Lyndsey seems to have a lot more luck than Maggie does at the moment. I want the next part because I want to know what happens. I also do not know how many parts this serial is going to have.

For those who do not know what a serial is, it is one book split up into installments which means the author can do each part more quickly than the 1 book a year. This part had me crying for Maggie. Oh, what a tangled web, Maggie is weaving. She must keep the brothers’ secrets, and she has to hide her secret from everyone. I was pulled into this part, and it didn’t let go. When it ended, I wanted to scream because I want more!! I don’t mind serials, but this one is killing me. I have to wait to see what happens.
Lyndsey definitely has the better deal in this part. I have no idea what will happen as she learns her role as vampire royalty. Will she pull it off? I can’t wait for find out.

I recommend this serial to vampire fans who like mystery and intrigue involved with a serial, and if you have read the other parts and enjoyed them, you definitely do not want to miss this part!

I liked this part, but it was over much too quickly. Lyndsey has her coming out party so to speak, and Maggie is battling with being a vampire now. It was exciting, but at the same time, I was screaming because I wanted to know more. New developments occur, so I wonder what will happen next for Maggie!

This part is pretty action packed! Maggie has both help and more trouble from Robert. She is jealous and keeping secrets she shouldn’t. Lyndsey has trouble on her first hunt, and Maggie is successful and now has new troubles. Definitely lots of action, and it made me want the next part because I want to know how Maggie and Lyndsey both solve their problems. I really want to see both successful and happy.

Okay Maggie is off to the island to help Princess Lyndsey, and she is offered a job. She is guilt ridden because of Robert’s mind control. I still have lots of questions about Robert and his motives because I don’t understand him. I really wanted Maggie to have something a little extra with all she has endured. There was quite a bit going on with her new job and the party. Not sure what will happen next, but I’m sure it will surprise me because Violet always manage to do so. I can’t wait to see what happens to both girls, and I think they need a lot of good things because they have both had enough bad!
I recommend this to vamp lovers who like serial series! I need the next part because I want to know what happens next!!!

Should have been one book
I didn't dislike, the story was just dragged out and hard to hold interest. Good characters, the story did them no justice.

From Light to Dark & From Dark to Light......
I loved every single book in this series even though I practically pulled my hair out as I waited to read the next, which means this is a great bundle....I so enjoyed reading the whole thing in one sit!
Maggie Evans hopes to enjoy her life now that she has finally received the heart transplant that will let her live a normal life at last, what she never expected was to arrive at a mansion where she would fall in love and discover that things other wordly do exist.. She is thrown into a world of fame, lives the life she never imagined and also realizes that she is not only living her life, but that someone else is living vicariously through hers also.
There is much intrigue, sadness, happiness, passion and a love of life that will spin your head with the knowledge that such love and happiness and fun can exist in this world.
You will not be disappointed with this series.

Book 1
Part one
Margaret (maggie) had a heart transparent 5 years ago and ever since she has this feeling she got a part of the Donor's soul too. Now with the help of her heart she has taken a job with the hart brothers. Sebastian and Aexander. Things have gotten a bit crazy for her. You see the brothers are vampires, writers and they both want her. While her heart seems to want Sebastion and herself wants Alexander. She also feels the pull to Sebastian too. Yea she is so over her head.
I love the unique and intriguing storyline. This seems to be a series and each story builds off each other.
Right now the pull she feels to both brothers is fun and the characters are great.
Part 2
working for the hart brothers is very unsual. They have changed her style and her name so far but she was really changed even before that when she had a heart transparent where the spirit of the donor stayed with her. Her heart/spirit wants Sebastian but she wants Alexander. Her brain tells her it's a bad move.
Love the twists and turns in this story. I still have no idea if she will end up with what brother. The characters are amazing and have lots of depth to them. Vampire fans you will love this one. It's like a vampire soap opera.
Part 3
She came to work as an assistant for Sebastian then ended up being the face of Kitty Kane but the real writers are two vampire brothers. You would think things couldn't get any more crazy for maggie BUT they have! You see she is love with Alexander but Sebastian thinks maggie is his true mate. Yea it's a crazy triangle. Who will win? Lots of drama
Then thier is Lyndsey! She got pulled right into this craziness too but I can't tell you how lol
Love the action. The characters are great and the twists are killer!

Lyndsey who was once human is dealing with being turned vampire.
The vampire brothers Sebastian and Alexander are still running hot and cold games.
Maggie is human but had a heart transplant and the women she got the heart from was Sebastian mate. She can still feel her. Maggie is the new face of the books the vampire brothers write and is no a book signing tour
Over the action on this great characters and story line. It will keep you guessing what way the story will go.
If you love vampires then this is your book. If your not into cliffhangers then wait until she is done writing the whole series. It will be worth the wait. Either way don't miss it

Wow this an amazing adventure filled with mystery and action.
Two humans changed vampire.
Maggie's life ended as a human and now she has a long road to deal with becoming vampire. Her boss Sebastien just turned her when he thought she was going to die and things have gotten hard.
Lyndsey has pasted the turning part and is stepping into the vampire world as a vampire princess with a coming out party and her father at her side.
Wow this was a fun read . I loved the drama and action poor Maggie, she is having a hard time. Oh and I think I know who the mystery man is at the end but I have been wrong before lol.
At any rate he is trouble. I could not put the down not even to get my coffee and that's saying a lot.
In a weak moment Maggie wanted to kill herself so she ran off to let the sun take her but Robert Kearns the master vampire showed up again and messed with her mind. When she wakes up she thinks she has killed when she it told no body's were found they think Robert is still playing mind games and he is!
Princess Lyndsey has excelled at everything in her life even her Royal training but her first testing goes really bad!
The king thinks Maggie is amazing at feeding and can help his daughter but Maggie can't tell them why she can feed the way she does!
Oh what a tangle web we weave when we practice to deceive lol
OMG I love this story. It so messes with my mind but in a good way lol. Great characters, mystery, action, danger, oh man you just got to read it!
Maggie has arrived at o'Kelly island aka the vampire kingdom to help train the princess Lyndsay to feed without a clue on how to do so. After all it was Roberts mind control that helped her doing in the first place. Then she funds out there is going to be a party that they have to go to and it at ......... Roberts home oh joy. What could go wrong with being in the gaps of an evil vampire? Can't tell ya more of the plot but wow.
This story has amazing twist and turns. I love the characters. The mystery and action in this story is wild. Don't miss it vampire fans.

Maggie's life ended as a human and now she has a long road to deal with becoming vampire. Her boss Sebastien just turned her when he thought she was going to die and things have gotten hard.
Lyndsey has pasted the turning part and is stepping into the vampire world as a vampire princess with a coming out party and her father at her side.
Wow this was a fun read . I loved the drama and action poor Maggie, she is having a hard time. Oh and I think I know who the mystery man is at the end but I have been wrong before lol.
At any rate he is trouble. I could not put the down not even to get my coffee and that's saying a lot.
In a weak moment Maggie wanted to kill herself so she ran off to let the sun take her but Robert Kearns the master vampire showed up again and messed with her mind. When she wakes up she thinks she has killed when she it told no body's were found they think Robert is still playing mind games and he is!
Princess Lyndsey has excelled at everything in her life even her Royal training but her first testing goes really bad!
The king thinks Maggie is amazing at feeding and can help his daughter but Maggie can't tell them why she can feed the way she does!

OMG I love this story. It so messes with my mind but in a good way lol. Great characters, mystery, action, danger, oh man you just got to read it!
Maggie has arrived at o'Kelly island aka the vampire kingdom to help train the princess Lyndsay to feed without a clue on how to do so. After all it was Roberts mind control that helped her doing in the first place. Then she funds out there is going to be a party that they have to go to and it at ......... Roberts home oh joy. What could go wrong with being in the gaps of an evil vampire? Can't tell ya more of the plot but wow.
This story has amazing twist and turns. I love the characters. The mystery and action in this story is wild. Don't miss it vampire fans.

I like the story in this series, but overall, I'm not into the serial format, so I'll probably stay away from serials in the future. I do like the story, and my rating would be more if the story was put into full length books. If you don't mind serials, I say give this series a shot. I read each part individually; that's 9 parts, but this way is much better if you decide to go with the series. The 9th part didn't end the series satisfactory though, so beware of that. I wrote a review for each of the 9 parts, so that's a lot to rehash, so feel free to check out more in depth reviews by looking at my review on each part.

I like the series, I just didn't love it.
Part 1 was okay enough that it got me to read the rest of the series. But for me it was a bit too anticlimactic.
Part 2 had me wondering why I was continuing to read this. Especially the purpose of the character Lyndsey O'Kelly. I'm still questioning this even after finishing part 3.
Part 3 made me want to read back from part 1 to understand just what went wrong with this novel.
Ths fact that I finished all 3 books says that it was able to capture my attention enough that I didn't stop reading. But this series felt like it was beginning to drag from book 2 onwards.

Good
I do like a good vampire story. I did feel bad for Sebastion when Maddie wasn't into him. It broke my heart he lost his love twice. Maggie had a long rough road growing up and until she was turned she still wasn't going to live long enough. I am glad that she has Alexander though. I did not like Robert at all. When someone is just after power and uses black magic on top of it he is just no good. I wish someone had wiped him out. I did like the suspense this series had. Thank you.

I was hooked from the start. Maggie was a heart recipient 5 years ago, but she got more than just the donor's heart. When she is offered a great new job opportunity she jumps on it but finds out that with the Heart brothers she gets more than she was bargaining for. I really enjoyed all the twists and turns in the story, this is one of those reads that will have you laughing with the charterers, then wanting to slap them or cry for them.

Love and Soulmates
I really enjoyed reading this Trilogy Called by the Vampire, But I felt like the book and the story was incomplete.. The story lines was really good, but it left me wondering what’s going to happen to Lyndsey and what Robert has planned for Maggie and Lyndsey. I hope theirs another book that will finish this story..

I really hate to give a bad review but unfortunately I found this book way too long. It is a trilogy but within the trilogy there are so many parts to make up the chapters. I found many of the chapters short.
The book ends with a lot of unanswered questions. Like what happens with Maggie and her mom. What fate does Robert have for Lyndsey

Soul mates, vampires & vampire royalty
Things get interesting when Maggie meets the Hart brothers & discovers their secrets. She gets more than she bargained for. Great read with intriguing characters. It seems just as the adventure gets started it fizzle to a stop though. Now I just need part 4.

What a wonderful story! It was just like a fairytale. I loved the characters but felt sad for Sebastian in the end but was happy for Maggie and Alexander. The whole story was very heart wrenching but it had such a happy ending.
I would recommend this series to other readers that love a happy ending.

THE LIVES OF MAGGIE!
I really enjoyed the twists and turns on the journey with Maggie through these books. It is written in such a way that it could be read outloud and each sentence setting a great visual scene. Recommended read🤓

This book had me hooked from the very beginning. I have always wondered if transplant recipients received a part of the donor's soul, and to be able to follow on the journey into another life, and yet another was so beautifully written. I know there has to be more books to the series and I can hardly wait to finish the journey with the entire group.

My 1st by V Vaughn...not sure I will read others! Really good story with loads of potential but it had way too many holes and a absolutely HORRIBLE ending!! I am sure someone was thinking about dollar signs involving a spin off, but I am going to pass!!

Because I enjoyed this series so much, the overall rating is a 4. BUT.... the last book was an utter disappointment to say the least.

Hard to stay in the story. I didn't like it at all. Drug out way to long and the ending was horrible.
