I don't think he does too great a job explaining how to go about creating certain key things, but as far as getting the creative juices going he is terrific. His methods for exploiting the system will probably not work as easily now that his book has been printed, but you get the general idea of how to go about doing so. Also, he is very adamant about people's liberties and weaves this into the manual throughout, often in a damn funny way. Neat book and ya really get to know the author pretty well and he's a good guy. :) Could've improved it a little more by doubling the size, using the new half as strictly insructions on forging new IDs. But he does constantly reference another book of his which I didn't find, but he explains that there you'll be able to find that info. Hm. :)

Claiming that the work is for academic study, the author discusses methods of creating a new identity to include the documents necessary as well as methods of procuring them. The Appendix C which deals with social security numbers is difficult to read due to the quality of the original document.
