I really enjoyed this book of positive affirmations. It has reminded me of how much our thoughts influence our lives. I am going to reread and focus on using positive affirmations in my own life. It also had some really good quotes that I loved. Well worth reading - especially if you have past hurt or anger that is affecting your present happiness.
