I've been playing around with Kotlin for Android development, and thought I might get some benefit out of walking through a formal introduction -- unfortunately, this book splits up into two parts -- a whole bunch of intro/theory about Kotlin, and then a "practical application" example, which relies on a whole lot of 3rd party libraries and other distractions that kept me from learning much about the actual topic at hand. Not unhappy to have read it, but I might go looking for another book on this subject to read.

Good introduction to Kotlin and developing for Android using Kotlin.
Including small but complete app with all goodies including TDD.
Should be 4.5 due to some typos.
