Instant Pot for Two Cookbook: 257 Delicious and Simple Instant Pot Recipes Collection for 2 by Angela Willson
Book starts out with a table of contents where chapters are broken up into meals groups.
Short introduction.
There are NO pictures. There is NO nutritional information.
Each recipe starts out with a title, total time in minutes and servings.
List of ingredient and you should be able to substitute for your healither dietary needs: low sugar, low fat and low sodium products.
Directions are included. Found a few items I want to try: kale chips and brownies for two which is something I'd control the amount of oils and have healhier choices.
