“I Will Only React to Constructive Suggestions": Targeted Individuals
This short ebook describes the most important statement that Targeted Individuals can use. “I will only react to constructive suggestions” - is a statement for self-hypnosis. It is most effective when repeated at bedtime, but can be used anytime an individual feels fear. Most of what the CIA criminals are doing with their illegal and horrific Targeted Individuals program, involves the use of subliminal suggestions. Targeted Individuals can regain their power by using this self-hypnosis statement many times each day, until it becomes part of their core beliefs. It will effectively block negative external influences. About 20% of the population is immune to personality modification. The average person can adopt this blocking capability by using a self-hypnosis procedure. It is extremely effective. Although it cannot stop microwave attacks, it can prevent the personality from becoming vulnerable to alteration. Whenever you are feeling fear, is a good time to repeat the statement. Eventually, your subconscious will hold it as a permanent belief, giving you immunity. I am a targeted person because I am an Rh Negative
I was born with DNA that is of alien and cosmic origins, I have many special gifts. All of us RH negatives are targets. I am a starseed indigo and I have Orion, Pleiadian, Arcturian and Atlantean origins so all this mind control stuff is what I experienced in Atlantis in a previous life and in Orion, the home i had in Orion was destroyed by Reptilians, Annunaki, Zeta Greys, And the alpha Draconians. I remember most of my previous lives, most RH negatives are awakened into a higher dimensional perception so we can see behind illusions and all lies which is why this poses a threat to these CIA illuminati who don't want to be exposed. They tried to program me as I slept, I was consciously aware of it . They tried to program me to commit murders, to kill my own mom, mk ultra tried to make me adopt many lifestyles i would never consider like suicide, cutting, smoking, drugs, drinking, promiscuity via remote auto suggestions, They would load images during my dream states which when I became lucid and aware, I was startled that they were loading in my subconscious mind suggestions and images to be a pedophile and I rejected this which angered them, They attempted many t i mes to force me to be something im not, to believe in the one eyed pyramid, to believe in christianity, scientology, and all forms of religions which are non existent in the spiritual realms and were created by the negative aliens and illuminati, they practiced satanical worshipping via Sumerian texts which is the world of the Annunaki Alien race, They tried to program my consciousness mind to create diseases or make me believe I had diseases i didn't have, They can create disease via the microwave lasers, they even tried to program me to join the CIA. The CIA and NSA is the illuminati and they control most of the world and even the drug trades and child sex slaveries and can stage suicides and kill those of us like me who are a threat to their experiments, military and fbi and government is involved in this. Behind these people are a group of aliens that are controlling humanity but use the illuminati/CIA for their dirty deeds such as via mind control, staged murders and deaths and suicides, stalking, microwave lasers, negative forms, genetic tampering, remote viewing, satanic ritual abuse, RFID implants, covert manipulation, emotional abuse, psychological abuse, behaviour modification (this is a biggy in Hollywood) they control Hollywood btw, psychotronics, they do false auto suggestions, can create Manchurian candidates and terrorist attacks to create a conquer and divide among us and other countries (they instigated and created 9/11) they want to create an economical collapsation and create something called Nesara which is the new world order just replacing paper money with gold which leads us to still stuck in consumerism/gold is the world of the annunaki. Fear should be questioned so you know and realize it's an illusion, They instigate rumors and use any information they have on you for humiliation. I use wernecki commands that helped me. You will reject all evil suggestions for all eternity. You will reject suggestions that are not honoring your true highest self (very effective), Or you will overcome evil. And so forth. I laughed because well death is normal and I've died multiple times since I've been reborn many times so to fear death is an illusion and just ignorance. i have also cleared my consciousness bodies of all suggestions they programmed as well as old karmic and negative suggestives and negative subconscious beliefs from previous incarnate lives. Many of the CIA aka illuminati are high societal figures in the political, banking, religious, and government sectors who are pedophiles, criminals, and murders. They created many diseases that your insurance won't even cover and create medicines that impact your DNA, They create diseases to control the population. And there you have it. Oh btw. We are all shifting from the 3rd dimension consciousness into the 5th so many of you are going through an awakening process and They are trying to stop that.

Good advice
I have for decades read about our government's psychological experiments. If you are unfamiliar with these you won't understand the need for this book. In all my readings I never came across a defence. The defense presented here though very simple I am convinced will work quite well.
