Good intro to the author's Pose method of running. Brian MacKenzie of Crossfit Endurance teaches the same method but I found the explanations here a little more clarifying than MacKenzie's "Unbreakable Runner." But this book had a lot of slightly repetitive theory discussion that needed to be skimmed.
