Thin, but solid advice

This is a concise and pragmatic introduction to the Amazon interview process, and the Amazon leadership principles that underpin it.
Short, immediate read that leaves wanting more (some of which can be found on the author's website)

A well rounded introduction to interviewing for various roles at Amazon and what to expect when working there. I found it to be a bit thin on how to prepare for engineer roles, especially at the higher levels focusing on system design. There is little that this book adds on top of the material that Amazon already gives you to prep for interviews. Oh, and this was published without proofreading, so the frequent grammatical errors grate quite a bit.

Skimmed through. Vaguely helpful. They didn't have a section on the Solutions Architect role, which is what I was interviewing for. I still got the job, but not really from help from this book. The information is widely available, and more recent on other websites and forums. It will get you in the mood for interviewing though.

A collage of ideas without a strong backbone.

A collage of ideas without a strong backbone.

I was hoping for more “insider trading “ info.
This is more or less what you find online on groups/communities.

But still worth the read.
