At best, there is just a slightly more granular analysis as to what drives business strategy. Nonetheless, good for beginners to understand business strategy.

Different perspective from how to implement a BMC, because it focus on which kind of compnies works better with the tool and which not, and also refers to complementary tools to enrich a BMC session.
