The CD that accompanies this study guide is even better than the book. The authors realize that the subject matter can be extremely dry if you choose to let it so they decided to do everything in their power to keep it interesting. I learned and had incentive to do so to see what crazy comic they drew in reference to the relationship between a CPU and memory stick.

Good book about IT Fundamentals. Very well explained and laid out. However, this book prepares you for an older IT Fundamentals test which is outdated. Thus, apart from the great info contained in the book, it is outdated. Too bad. The author Mike Meyers us a great communicator on hard to understand IT stuff. I'll still buy his book to prepare for the CompTIA A+ test.
