A very short (34 page) book on the history of paper and printing in China. This is a charming volume, adapted from an lecture the author gave in 1930, and apparently only 250 copies were printed. I was fortunate enough to find a copy in the Hennepin County Library.

I just read a chapter on printing in the Far East in Douglas C. McMurtrie's much more comprehensive The Book: The Story of Printing & Bookmaking, but I suspect that McMurtrie borrowed heavily from this volume for that chapter, or that they share a common source.

In a section on Chinese wallpapers:

An interesting book on this subject was written by Kate Sanborn, "Old Time Wall Papers, an account of the pictorial papers on our forefathers' walls" (Greenwich, Conn., 1905).
