Originally was going to give this one a 3 after reading the first half of the book.

then after reading the second half it started to become more relevant to the topic. While it focuses on the UK environment at the same time it offers the opportunity to understand the ins and outs of property development, which adds great value to the community.

Worth a read to anyone looking to learn more about the process and understand what could be required in a development project
