-kesalahan dalam gagalnya proses pembentukan kebiasaan yang baik bukan pada diri kita melainkan ada pada sistem yang kita pilih, dimana kebanyakan dari kita jika ingin memulai sesuatu hal yang merupakan kebiasaan yang ingin kita capai itu terlalu menggebu-gebu dan akhirnya diri kita menjadi tertekan dan tidak menikmati segala proses yang kita jalankan dan hal itu akan menjadi sementara, maka dari itu kita bisa memulainya dari hal-hal kecil terlebih dahulu baru berekembang dan berekemabang yang pastinya melalui proses demi proses.
-mencobalah untuk melakukannya terlebih dahulu sebelum kalian menyerah karena kebanyakan dari kita membayangkan dahulu dan biasanya muncul bayangan bahwa hal tersebut merupakan hal yang sulit, padahal kalian belum benar-benar mencobanya. Kalian bisa memulai dengan mencoba melalui teknik dua menit yang bisa membuat suatu perubahan yang signifikan untuk kedepannya
-lingkungan sekitar kalian akan menjadi sangat mempengaruhi kalian, maka dari itu fokus dengan lingkungan yang positif dan juga mendukung kebiasaan yang akan anda bangun dan kedepannya
-dalam proses pembangunan kebiasaan yang akan kalian lakukan fokus pada kebiasaan lebih clear dan juga realistis, kebiasaan kita lebih mudah dan menarik, dan Menjadikan kebiasaan kalian memuaskan
